A stay with minor drawbacks
convenient location helpful staff good selection missing amenities inefficient air conditioning dim lighting
The location proved quite convenient. It gave easy access to various points of interest. The staff demonstrated helpfulness with directions. The breakfast had a fairly good selection of items.
The room lacked some expected amenities. There was NO place to hang towels in the bathroom. The air conditioning system seemed inefficient at times. The lighting in the room was rather dim.

Excellent City Stay
modern rooms comfortable bed central location attentive staff
I found the room modern and well-equipped. The bed was super comfortable. I slept soundly. I appreciated the central location. Staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay.
The bedroom doors were quite noisy because of inconsiderate guests slamming them occasionally.

The room featured modern decor and seemed well kept. The shower was a rainfall shower, a nice touch. I had no issues with cleanliness, and the provided amenities were adequate.

The hotel benefits from its location by the river. Nearby parking was easily accessible. Shops, restaurants and bars are within a short walking distance. I found the area safe and convenient for exploring.

The staff members were very attentive. They provided helpful service. Roger was great and very helpful with directions. I felt welcomed and well-cared for .

great experience!
friendly staff large selection outdoor pool
the staff was friendly and very helpful. the breakfast had a large selection. the outdoor swimming pool and fitness center added to the experience. i found the location convenient to the city center.
the bathroom lacked privacy due to the design. the door to the toilet didn't have a lock. also, it was short, meaning someone could see into the toilet area.

The room was clean and spacious. i appreciated the modern design. the bed was comfortable. the lighting was also quite good, a plus for reading. And working.

the staff was attentive and spoke fluent english. they quickly addressed all requests. roger and sandra, with their colleagues, were super friendly. their service made my stay better
